- Catherine is a Pittsburgh based yoga instructor who began practicing yoga 9 years ago and has been passionate about it ever since. In 2008, Catherine left the corporate world to teach yoga full time and to found Thrive Workplace Yoga, a company whose mission is to increase wellness by bringing yoga into the workplace (www.yogathrive.com). She has created this blog and podcast so that she can share her yoga with those who are unable to get to take her live classes. Catherine's teaching is most influenced by the Baptiste, Astanga, and Anusara styles. She works to inspire you to challenge yourself while simultaneously honoring the body. She has completed a 200 hour teacher training at Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh and Baron Baptiste's Level 1 teacher training. She is so thankful for the commitment and support of all her teachers.
