Episode 5 - 90 minute flow!

Hey guys...here's that 90 minute class I promised!  This class didn't have a very specific anatomical focus...just a nice balanced flow.  For those of you that come to my classes in Pittsburgh, I'm in the middle of a teaching transition - changing studios and locations!!  You can see my most up to date class schedule on the sidebar of my blog (yogawithcatherine@blogspot.com).  I will be adding more classes over time and I'd love to see friendly faces at my new classes!!

Episode 4!

Episode 4...another 80 minute all levels morning class. I got a lot of comments after class about the intensity of this one so have fun and take rest when needed!!  We focused on squaring the hips to allow for opening the upper back while twisting - nice and juicy. 
I'm working on perfecting the sound quality of my recordings so it should be getting better and better as I get more familiar with my recorder.  Review me and rate me on itunes or send me an email!  I would love to hear from you!

Note on Show Notes and Visions for the Future

Thanks for checking out the blog!  If you clicked over to the blog looking for show notes, they aren't here yet (Sorry!).  As you can imagine, with only 3 episodes up so far, this whole thing is still a work in progress.  In the near future I'm planning on posting notes for each (or most) of the classes so that you can get a sense of what the class is all about before you start taking it (e.g. themes, anatomical focus, maybe even the poses).

Next on the to do list is adding audio from some of my corporate classes which will be more of a Level 1/Beginners class for those of you that have less experience with yoga. Even further down the line I'm hoping get some videos up - perhaps some pose demos or maybe even a full length class.
